Why did you buy your skis?

Cause my skis have skulls on them and tombstones and shit, and I am punk rock as all hell so.....

no just kidding, I have had always had great experiences with K2 and they were on sale the season after they were released. I am sure team riders have some sort of influence on me, and I do talk to friends and read reviews on the internet, but when it comes down to it, K2 has always been good and ill probably keep buying their skis until that changes.

I like to support K2 and it's riders, I liked the topsheet, my favorite skiers ride them, I heard good things about them, and most important, they were buttery as fuck.

I call them my Big Fuckers.

Do you want to know the honest to go truth? Because I watched an episode of Undercover Boss.

Yep that's right, some stupid TV show changed my life.

when i was like 14.. not sure i got it passed my momma

I picked the Armada el reys because they are also decent at all mountain rather than only park so it made them easy to cruise with n suchhh

Because one review said they were awesome for the park and evo said they were all mountain.

Price, reputation & performance. Snagged a pair of 13/14 da nollies over the summer for $350 I was super stoked about the price.

Because they where exactly what I was looking for but I did not know it, wanted 112 under foot and plenty of rocker and possibility to stomp bigger shit. Went into a Faction shop in La Clusaz and fell in love.

Since that day it has been me and the 3.0's

I have bought skis for all reasons: to support the company / homies, to try something from a smaller brand I had no experience with, because they were cheap, because the ski shape / flex / etc is what I wanted.

It really depends on what I'm looking to use the ski for / what I still have in my quiver.

-My roommate had a pair of skis from Moment for years and loved them.

-I snapped my other skis and needed new ones quick

-The graphics were sick on the Vices, and they got good reviews

-They were the last pair and they were on sale

-Also super stoked to rep small companies

Volk because Germans can't build something poorly, and the quality shows. I also carry that brand in my shop so I get pro-forms.

A ski that can keep up with me and nordica helldorados do just that with two sheets of titanium. Charge down the mountain at mach potato and be okay to ride switch in at high speeds. Durability plays a big part as well seeing how being 215lbs and skiing at 60mph for extended periods of time shit dose not stay glued together. Its always a bummer when you delam all the tips and you can get a warranty claim on it cause you are a big powerful skier.

Bought LINE Chronics because a 12 year old told me I would inherit some of Tom Wallisch's godlike abilities.

Local ski shop has used skis. Apparently someone won them in a raffel and no use for them. Bought for used price (and fam friends discount) and they were still in the wrapping
