You see that is a trademark move of the K2 corporation, every time they release a new graphic on the same ski they fudge some dimensional difference by either measuring at a different point on the ski or just making something up to make it seem like they made minor modifications. Even on a ski as good as the Karma it looks neat to think they would make minor changes to it year to year when the reality is that it's the same ski. Another example of this kind of bamboozeling is the fact that K2 uses the same mold for half of their skis (Whole Omni series, Apache X, Apache Crossfire, and 5 of the womens skis: first, sweet, true, one, and burnin luvs.) Yet they throw little widths differences in their on the skis where they list the dimensions. The actual diference in the skis is in the construction proving that it's whats inside a ski that counts as much or more than the shape.
