Why did they delete the thread about the terrain park lawsuit? It was probably one of the most relevant issues directly affecting the NS crowd, and also one of the few threads that included some intelligent discourse on a VERY important, skiing subject.

Or is this forum only meant for debating such critical issues as whether or not using poles is "steezy"?
 
Pretty sure that any 'privacy' arguments are null and void since that information can be found in the phonebook...it's legitimate public domain. And any threats wouldn't have any basis here either, what are they going to do...claim that NS is responsible for one person making a choice to threaten someone because they didn't take the information down? And if that were the case the posts containing such info could've been removed, instead of the entire thread.

i hope NS never gets sewed. frankly, i have come to enjoy the attractively torn patches of NS. it is kind of like a pair of acid washed jeans after you wear them for awhile, super comfortable and stylish at the same time.
 
agreed. Im crippled right now, Broken knee... but it was kinda the guys fault for choosing to go that fast off the jump...
 
sorry if posting the laywers info squashed that thread... but the original is still here, and i posted the same shit there so... maybe it was the myspace talk -- leave the kid alone but harass the lawyer. newschooler mods know best.
