Why Country Music Was Awful in 2013

I'm no fan of country but I feel like someone compiling songs from the pop charts would see the exact same trend just with more relatable topics to kids who love partying
 
Are you saying you're against trucks, dirt roads, getting good looking girls, swimming, and alcohol? If so, I feel bad for you, because all of those may very well be the best things in the world.

 
Atleast country artists are reasonably talented as a genre.

Again the weak minded fools bite into some dumbass youtube video. I laugh at those fucking idiots who idolize rappers and then rip on other genres for shit like this.

Well, I guess that's what you'd expect from a community centered around hip-hop. No hate, that's just how it is.

Gonna go out on a limb here and say this is a good modern country song, even if it is a cover of a rewrite. (Fun fact: Bob Dylan wrote the chorus and basic chords for this song, but never developed it into a studio release)

 
^ Boom, outlaw country is where it's at. Especially Hank 3, if you don't like getting rowdy and listening to some 3 you're missing out.
 
Modern country is the worst kind of music that has ever existed ever. Johnny Cash and Willie Nelson are pretty good, but all of the new stuff considered "country" is terrible and should be destroyed.
 
Rap that was not made this year

I do like what I've heard from Flatbush Zombies, though. I think Kendrick's shit is alright but it gets really boring to me.
