yeah man, its like 3 am here and i cant seem to shut my eyes and relax... i just sat outside on my deck and stared out at the sky for like an hour... im still not even very relaxed. lots of fighting with people today i guess.

i always go out and drive. just listen to music and waste some gas. i drive real hard and by the time i finally decide to go home my eyes are tired as hell from keeping them wide open and concentrating.

same thing hapened to me on saturday. I worked 20 hours in a day and I couldn't fall asleep when i got home, probably all the adrenaline and shit

ive been having a nasty time sleeping. i would be tired during the day, then i would perk up massively around 9pm, then when i go to bed around 2 or 3, i cant fall asleep for over an hour or two, sometimes it takes 3 hours
