James Stewart was arrested today for impersonating an officer. According to reports, Stewart has blue and red lights in his Toyota Tundra and used them to attempt to pull over another car. Unknown to Stewart, two off duty Highway Patrol officers were inside the car. When they displayed their badges as Stewart pulled up along side, Stewart sped off.
