cause americas forgotten the sickest pass time, and why is it the sickest, there is no sport where you can get fucked up and party with a shit load of people for 3 hours like baseball, if youve never had a drunken baseball game you dont have the right to diss baseball, you dont know jack shit, until youve tried to hit a ball with a bat in the bottom of the 8th after your a few shots and a sixer deep, you just dont know, and the comradary and friendly competitiveness that comes with baseball, fuck, you cant find that at a fucking G'd out b ball game on a street court, baseballs about being fuckin goofy, many would probly disagree presently, but fuck being a gangster, until youve killed some of your childhood friends from the projects 5 blocks down and you got severe mental issues cause of it, if your actin tough not talkin and shit like that, your just a confused ass mother fucker, and shaft would be laughing his black ass off at you from his rocker on the corner, amen
 
no, you've got it twisted. that's softball you're describing. which is absolutely wicked. this is the mlb.

but hey, i still follow the mlb, to be honest. however, the strike killed it for me, really. i'm not diehard anymore.

and softball is for pussies man, it takes some balls to stand in front of a totally sloshed pitcher pitchin a hardball as fast as he fuckin can at you when you can hardly keep yourself in one spot long enough to see him wind up for the throw
 
i love baseball i just didnt make a thread cause im seriously still bitter about my sox blowing it, and i havent really cared less about a world series in awhile cause i dont really care for either team
 
haha i was gonna say that. nobody cares about whoevers in the world series. all everyone cares about is the red sox and yyankees

Becuase probably next to no one on this site is from Chicago or Houston. And hate on baseball all you want, probably cus you got cut from your little league teams. America's past time is the hardest sport to be good at, and is one of the greatest games ever created. If you never played you wouldn't understand.
 
hahaha well said, and i find it funny how all the people that love baseball try to make it sound all hardcore and shit, like "lets see you stand in one place while someone throws a 90 mph fast ball at you!! and then you have a split second to swing the bat with the presure of the 8th inning!!!"

seriously, throw a ball at me, i'll try to hit it with a bat, its not exciting, its not hardcore, its not even fun, its dumb. snail racing > baseball
 
this series was really boring becuase the teams only had good pitchers...there was no hitting. last year the red sox and cards had sick hitters so it was better to watch. watching 7-5 or 9-8 games are better than 1-0 or 3-1.
 
OOOh shit i caught myself this afternoon watching a baseball game. that was the most boring part of my week, and maybe even for the month. what is disgusting is when they say ''what a nice move fromt that guy!!'' i meen... what is a nice playing in baseball? are there only some strategies in that sport?
 
because baseball is bad. guys get paid a shitload of money to like hit a ball and run around the bases a bunch of times and then spit out their stuff in their mouth and then sit back down and watch some more
