Why are people calling the mute of a octo a ''Wallisch Mute'' when it should be the ''The Tony''

i think it is actually a phil grab. people give it their own names but it is a high phil grab, pure and simple
 
true, Assault was one of the best movies ever made, and antoine did tricks in the movie that have still never been done..... mute on a rail
 
tony gagnier was doing that grab with true nose back in 2002.

He's probabkly one of the most creative I had the pleasure to ski with and I dont remember not having a blast when he's around shredding.

tony did do it first, the one he does in assault is dirty as fuck

there never was a name for it though, fuck naming it after a person, just call it a rip-ta-dank

it sounds halarious. Or call it a high phil grab, or opp hand opp mute... whatever
