Why are bluehouse skis so cheap?

They just promote their shit super hard for a couple weeks and then sell at normal price. If you want cheap legit skis, hit them up for sure. Even better, if you live in slc or anywhere close, they can get you new sticks if you need them for any reason like same day you contact them.

man thats sick. you have any opinion on the distrcits? I like a playful all mountain ski that does well in the park and even better in the steeps and pow

I dunno if a playful-all-mountain-ski-that-is-good-in-the-park-and-better-in-steeps-and-pow exists my friend. That's like a food that is sweet, sour, salty, rich, dull, and gross. It contradicts itself. I've heard they are real good all mountain skis, prob decent in steeps and pow and ok in the park.

Kung Fujas come pretty damn close. although in my most personal opionon, the Hellbent is the afore-mentioned ski... indeed

they are cheap because they were having a 46% off sale. The thing is skis are technically cheap but the mark up is ridiculous. Like stores mark up the price about 60 to 50%. Last year when i worked for a shop i could have bought the dumounts for 250. And they are selling them directly to u no middle man so they get 100% of the profit. There skis are super sick and fun worth the buy

hellbents are pretty much crap in the park from what i've heard, which is fine seeing as how they aren't intended for park use.

what my pseudo-retarded friend meant was that if you need to warranty your skis they will hook it up real quick. Last year was their first year of production so naturally they had some flaws and if you got a pair that didn't work out so well they would be real quick to get you a new pair. It's not like you can say oh man I scratched my top sheet and get some new ones, but if your skis have a legit problem they will hook it up for sure.

by boutique I meant small and highly specialized.

they have a park ski

a freeride ski

and a powder ski

Im not going to get in an argument over quality, Ive never even seen a BH ski in person.

I don't know who you've heard from but you've been misinformed. watch any of my videos...i quite like em in the park, and i learned switch 9's over decent tables on em this summer, so don't say they're too big, burly, etc....just gotta be a man.

if you like to butter, it's da best shit ever too

the reason that there skis are so cheap is because they are made in china. Which basically means that if you support them, you are supporting the chinese to kill countless Tibetans. Im not some hippy, i just like european made skis. they seam to hold up better in most cases. and yes i do buy stuff from china all the time, just not skis. i hope that helped to answer your questions.
