You are comically out of touch. No trendy skiers wear track pants or overalls anymore. And people have been swinging their arms for no reason longer than skiing without poles has been a thing. It’s called afterbang.

Its sweet hes super hyped on skiing but god hes so cringey with it, it's annoying when he does trip 16 in competition for the 7th time and goes crazy for it.
 
If you were landing trip 16s youd go crazy for it every time too, I dont like him, but he does get a lot of hate because he's a comp jock who throws down bigger jump tricks than pretty much anyone out there, but hasn't done his fair share of work on rails, which are much more 'core' skiing. People who can do gnarly rail tricks but not much jump tricks are just more respected than the latter I think.

Well yeah but he does them every comp if he can, sure if I laced that mixed with 2 other jump tricks and a rail run I'd go nuts but not in the same way, honestly when he celebrates he seems cocky while others can be hyped but contain themselves and be humble, weird to say but I hate his super positive attitude. Hes one of the worlds best I'll say, but yeah rails could be improved.

Cam Newton is a decent NFL QB who everyone thought would be great. Hes athletic, studies his film, and is also one cocky SOB. This the guy who started the dab celebration. The difference between him and guys like Brady or Favre or manning is that these guys just let their raw joy and emotion flow. Henrik does this, and sure he makes wu tang symbols when he wins, but that's cause he loves them, and you can tell it's all in the moment and hes just exhilarated. Raghettli seems to do this try to be cool thing and celebrate but you can tell its forced so it comes off super cocky and douchey.

This is a good analogy, but if were comparing andri vs harlaut, they're both cocky in a sense cam does his dab as Henrik does his wu tang and tom jumps and yells, and well andri does about the same. But usually Henrik or other skiers even will do a slight cele but then be a little more calm, Andri is constantly "YES OH MY GOD I JUST DID THAT!!" (again)

Idk that's my first thought after reading that. Long story short, I just hate how every comp run he lands he literally screams and and is all energetic, while nobody else is, maybe its cause usually I land with a pretty straight face when I land something new or sick, just keep skiing and trying to one up each run.

When I'm sending a new trick and someone's getting the shot, I remind myself to not celebrate, cause if I post it later, I feel like a total douche.
