there is no best skier. the sports called freestyle, therefore there isnt just one way to do it. if we were able to boil our sport down it would be aerobatics but the fact that it gets pushed in all directions doesnt allow that to happen and hence there is no best skier.

In the freeskiing category, I'm gonna go with Tanner Hall. "Skiing" is a pretty broad term though. There have been a lot of really good racers and moguls skiers and aerialists and big mountain riders and ballet skiers and ski jumpers etc...

Scott Schimdt

Glenn Plake

JP Auclair

Eric Pollard

Pep

Seth

I see Tanner, Andy Mahre, and many others on the way to be a part of the list above.

The best skier would prob have to be pollard. He's influential in bringing skiing back to its roots with natual features, skiing switch, and really pushing style to be more important than spin to win and competitions.
