The 2011 Powder Magazine Reader Poll is live. This is Newschoolers' chance to have their voices heard and put your favorite skiers on the top spot. The winner will be announced live at the 11th annual Powder Awards in Aspen on January 28th and we'll be broadcasting the event live on powder.com and NS!

i tried to start this, but realized its way too big of a task, i have no idea who my favourite skier(s) is(are).

also, cole drexler's not on the list, he's cool
 
My favourite skier is Tom Wallisch

but Corey Vanular started my stoke on freeskiing so he will be remembered and watched always
 
I guess it means that I dont think that Tom Wallish should make the top pick when I have never seen a powder edit come from him. But I also guess that its readers choice and whoever gets the most votes is the most favored skier. I just think its illogical to only have strictly park skiers on your top list when in fact the magazine is based on almost all aspects of skiing. All of which is my opinion and I'm sorry if anyone disagrees. No Hate Intended.
 
Did anyone's list include the likes of Skogen Sprang, JF Cussun, or Pep Fujas.

I am feeling a bit nostalgic remembering when the jumps were hand made and the poles were long.

I was wondering the same.

By the way, anybody who did not put Shane McConkey on their list is WRONG, because he WAS actually a choice. Mine had EP, Pep, Andy, Bene, Nyman, Shane, JP Auclair, Hjorleifson, Benchettler, and Sage.

Not in that order, but EP came first on the list.
 
skogan ahhhhhh, my first pair of twin tips the orange & blue ones with the train on them. i still cant belive no one said mike nick.
