Who’s Voting for Hilary Clinton?

I met Hilary Clinton a few months back and she was such a nice, vibrant woman, full of hard-working, blue-collar, middle-class--spirit. She says she is against wall street and big banks, so that’s always a plus! Her candidacy is backed by them but that does not matter, the point is that she would make a great president. Even though the elections are rigged, I think Hilary should win because she has been traveling around in a big black van meeting people all across the country, something no candidate has ever done before. She was hilarious in SNL too!

Anyway I’m voting for Hilary Clinton, partly because she’s a woman and partly because her Husband is Bill Clinton who raised the US economy out of a slump, single-handedly!!

The Clintons actually live right next to my hometown. Women are going to vote for Hillary Clinton because she's a woman.

It doesn't matter who gets it. As usual nothing is going to get done. I honestly hope she wins just so I can watch FOX news freak-out on election night.

It makes me sad youre allowed to vote

Why because Hilary Clinton will actually get shit done in the Whitehorse, I’m voting on her character, what’s so wrong about that?

Yes in the thread "Who’s Voting for Hilary Clinton?" I derailed the thread, and completed my mission with that comment.

Vote for the policy, not the person. Hillary would be an awful president.

While I hate Hillary, if it comes down to sheer intelligence, she blows everyone away. No one can match her. I won't vote for her though.

I really hope ben carson wins. He is such a smart and well qualified candidate in my opinion.

Obama got his J.D. at Harvard and then taught at U of C and look what got done. Intelligence in the grand scheme of things is pointless unless you have to ability(cooperation in the legislative branch) to use it. If people would just come to the realization that there are good solitions on both sides of the isle and quite trying to repeal and strike down everything, maybe something would get done.

Ill vote for Hilary if Bernie isn't in the running, no way I could even consider ANY of the republican candidates...

What policies of hers do you disagree with?

Hmmm. I think we have a virgin alert, AND a "slept through health class" alert. Seriously fucked up the quote.

Might not have said it word for word.

She just seems like a crazy feminist who doesnt believe in equality amongst both sex's and thinks women should own men. Its my first impression on her, Im a high school student, obviously my opinion doesnt matter and really wont even after I vote.

How did you get the impression she is a crazy feminist!? Lol. Cause she's a woman? Haha

I have no idea who im voting for. I know hardly anything about the candidates. Apparently you know even less, yet still think two of them are "insane".

I'm hoping you're not from the USA or don't have the ability to vote. Hilary is not a crazy feminist. Also, normal feminism isn't crazy, i'd argue im a feminist because I believe in equality between men and women. The people you're referring to are radical feminists, which are simply put, radical. That is not who hilary clinton is but she's definitely a feminist, but most people are...

Is she really a 3rd wave feminist? I've don't think I've heard her speak much on the issue. I just don't like her I think it was weird how 8 months ago she was trying to explain how poor she was my only owning two houses. And if you look at the people she's backed by I don't like that as well. I really hope she doesn't win even though she probably will beat out Bernie Sanders.

Well you called hilary cliton a crazy feminist, I'd like to hear who you think would make a great leader for the free world.

And the electoral college definitely is bullshit, I live in Utah which is overrun with conservatives, I consider myself a Democrat in the middle of left and right and in the past I voted Obama, but my vote literally didn't matter because 90% of the state votes republican.

If you live in a state that affiliates with your party, sure it matters but there are anomalies, like Utah.

Well I have a very politically knowledgeable brother that explained to me how our votes dont even matter at all, I can see how your reasoning can make sense but its a pretty known thing now that the electoral college has the upper hand in who is elected.http://hubpages.com/entertainment/4-Reasons-Why-Your-Vote-for-US-President-Doesnt-Matter Didnt read all of it but it explains how the whole things works. I dont wanna get caught up in my own bullshit...Again.

You forgot to answer my question :)

I think the whole your vote doesn't matter is what ruins a democracy in general. So many people don't vote, we could have some very different results with our elections if people just went out and voted. Just because it "doesn't matter" doesn't mean you shouldn't do it anyways, it's our privilege as US citizen to vote. If you don't vote, then you don't have the right to complain about our government.

I'm completely aware of how unfair the electoral college is... Voting is so much more than just the president and I know you know that.

There are people in third and second world countries dieing to get the vote, both blacks and woman underwent a political revolution to get the vote. And you're going to say that your vote doesn't matter? I fucking hate this generation of "your vote doesn't matter". You have one of the most important if not the most important right in the world and you're not going to exercise this right?

No actually were stuck with two crap parties that hold all the power and get nothing done. As of now you can only vote for the same corporations to be in office. That's it you have no choice.

Again, its not just about president, its about the house, the senate, local house/senate, governor, mayor. There are so many elections that could be different if people just voted.

Of only two parties that are backed by lobbys and corporate money. Local may matter a little but at the federal and state level they're all corrupt and don't hold the interest of the people. All they care about is how can I get reelected.

Well we aren’t a democracy nor are we a constitutional republic anymore. Many people don’t vote because they understand that the elections are rigged and favor the financial elites, i.e banksters and corporatists. We are stuck with a ‘ONE-party system’ that presents an illusion of free choice, when they are merely marionettes for the same masters.

Again the elections are rigged. If voting changed anything it would be made illegal. Nevertheless, voting is very important, which is why I hope they rig the election so Hilary wins!

Exactly, however, the public does not have a vote in the matter. Look at the banksters who caused the 2008 collapse. One would think that they would be thrown in jail or so much as get fired. Instead, they were promoted and/or decamped elsewhere in the system.
