Evertime I went to Mad River last year with my bud, we never saw a legitimate group of skiers there. There was maybe 2 or 3 times when we shreded the gnar gnar with a group of 5+. Sooo. whose gonna be going up to MRM ALOT this year? I think being in a large group not only makes skiing more fun, but also pushes your progression. So on top of that, besides the people i know and the guys from ASBco, who's going??

Post if you'll be there alot this year, your name and outerwear so we can recognize you. I really wanna start some sort of un-opffical crew at MRM this year!!!

My Name's Brian. And i'll mostly be wearing green Orage this year.

I also live in the Northern Columbus (Worthington/Powell Area) I might be able to give rides if you need them this year.
 
Hey whats up, I'm Brad. I already ordered my pass so I will definitely be going a decent amount this year. I will be wearing white bonfire jacket and black pants and will be on Bluehouse MR's. What days do you think are going to be riding? I have class off Tues and Thrus but I will probably also have to work some of that too but we will see. I do plan on being out there most weekends too.
 
im matt, i will be wearing mostly bright DNA stuff or a purple conspiracy one piece. I should be there alot.
 
I was out there almost every week night, and most sunday evenings. I normally rode by myself, as there were not many skiers. I will be out there again this season, mainly week nights; im going to try and get out there more saturday and sunday days. I like to hit up other resorts durning the weekend though, (ie - BMBW)

Its hard to say what ill be wearing. Pants: one of the following. Orange pants, grey tweed pants, black pants, blue pants, or dark green pants.

Jacket: White puffy jacket, dark green jacket, blue jacket, or dark brown jacket.

Normally I like to rock sweaters, or a jiberish hoodie. You can expect a tall-t under the sweater, shits real, thats how i keep it. I ride with headphones, too, so if you say somthing to me and i dont acknowledge, dont take it personally. Tap me with your ski pole or something to get my attention.

ps - ill be on line skis. Chronics, blends, or anthems.
 
i should be there most of the season. was there alot last two seasons, grey tweed obermeyer suit, thou that might change in a bit.
 
i'll be there most weeknights. i'll be wearing american apparel underwear, some helly hansen base layer, bonfire socks, an analog tee shirt, some sort of cashmere sweater, a silver necklace, a brass ring on my right index finger, a silver analog watch with a stopwatch, red leather grenade gloves, a black line bandana, an xl blue saga jacket, xl brown saga pants, rainbow electric goggles, a black neff hat and or a white bern baker helmet with some random electric and line stickers affixed to it.
ps - i'll be on line skis. either motherships, blends, chronics, or anthems. i'll probably be skiing really fast with loud music. so don't be offended if i don't answer you on the chairlift. it's a good thing we're descriptive terman, what would anyone do if they didn't know what we would be wearing?
 
I guess I may be up at MRM 1-3days of the week (fluctuates since I ride Snowtrails too) but yea, My name is Teddy and I'll be in a Red Oakley jacket and Yellow Oakley pants riding on Salomon Suspects and probably with some sort of bandana over my face
 
yeah everyone really needs to check out mad river this year. its gonna be sick they got a new GM and hes all about making the park super good.. my name is michael and i'll hopefully be there a lot most likely friday and saturdays after new years and all the time before then... i'll be rockin orange bonfire pants and a blue and white bonfire jacket
 
Yo my name is cody. I Ride for K2 and i will be on the disordely this year. i am also on the asbco team as well work there. im up there 24-7
 
Hey Im Jacob. I should be up there all the time this winter. I will be wearing a blue oakley coat and prolly black pants. I will either be riding my blends or my head madtrix.

I'm going to be making a few trips up there hopefully, although I'm an hour south of Columbus so I don't know how often. Does anybody know of any other skiing around the Chillicothe area?

Whenever I do make it up there i'll be wearing brown siver pants, possibly an orage schiller jacket, and i'm usually sporting an Enom hat of some sort. I'll be riding STLs.

 
your best bet will be mad river or perfect north depending on how far west and how far south you really are... map quest both of them and see which one is closer
 
i just got my pass so i will be there alot. i have skied for a while but am really just getting started in the park so i would love to have people to ride with. i will be in a green oakley jacket and khaki pants.
 
Anybody now how long can you buy group passes at the discounted rate? I will prolly buy mine next week but a couple of my friends were askin.

nope...nate, in the past i have always ridden with my friends and they all snowboard, so thats why im looking for people to ski with. i have alot of work to do
 
hey i'm gonna try to get up there a little more often...went there once last year and LOVED it..i go to college in the xenia area (Cedarville) so gonna try to get up Sunday evening or maybe some tuesday mornings when i don have class..

btw names Jason...wearin brown plaid Gotcha coat and pants...and old school k2 fujatives

pretty good place MRM has set up to get better...sick park for the size of the mountain..feel like a lot of progression could happen...can't wait..good luck guys..just keep the fingers crossed for snow....also...anyone headin up for the Rome Pre-Jib on the 13th? anyone been to one before..what are they like?
