Who's next for the Double backflip?

brian degan(sp) just because hes fucking nuts, or nate adams cause if travis does it, then he in turn has to do it.
 
in FHM he said the double wasn't fun and he hopes he never has to do it again.
 
I think its gonna be Metzger but I dont know if everyone will be doing it in a year. Pastrana was saying how he hopes he never does it again. but im probably wrong
 
you're dumb he did the first double to dirt like a year ago and even after he did it at x games he said he should have died doing it because it's that hard. i doubt anybody will try doing this again. he'll be like the only one and probably he won't do it again.
 
i highly doubt with that much momentum anybody could pull off a no handed lander. look at travis' rear suspension his tire is nearly touching his rear fender. travis pulled that one out of his ass and i doubt anybody will do it again let alone with a no handed lander.
 
yeah travis said he hopes he will never do it again so it's probably not going to become a stock trick like a backflip
 
yeah that would be insanely awsome but its pretty much impossible because of the way the jumps are maybe they could do that if the dropped of a ledge or are cliff
 
they look gay? i dont consider any kind of a flip on a motor bike gay. what is wrong with you people. go out and try one, then tell me its gay.
 
not gay it's sick when thay do that shit but they shouldn't claim a 3 when it's obviously just like a backflip a little tweaked. seriously deegan did a "3" that looked more like a damn twitch flip(jermey s's backflip whip) then a 360.
 
travis said he never wanted to do it again and that he didn't want to do it at the x games. its a trick that won't be done much
 
They've been doing them into foam pits already with a 125s. You'll see those soon enough, not in a comp. but probobly in some movie a few years from now. As for another person doing a double, it won't be Deegan or Metzger I garuntee that. I doubt somone will pull/attempt another double backflip for a few years from now, not in a comp. I think the underflip and 350 will catch on with more riders, and more crazy backflip variations.
 
I think it is getting too out of control. Someone is going to die trying a double back then it will be banned or something...
 
they can't bann a trick in FREESTYLE motorcross that'd be like people saying we aren't allowed to ski steeps anymore because too many people die in avalanches.
 
ya I was kidding but it is becomming really dangerous but thats what I like to see and if someone died it would be tragic and everyone would take a step back... And then eventually just go back to the way it was.

 
No It will just keep getting more dangerous but its the risks the riders take just getting on the bike every time they hit the jump the take the risk of beaking there leg, or there arm. To win the riders have to make it more thrilling wich usally means danger
 
Pastrana made the double backflip look sooooo easy. I can see it happening regularly but you never know.

Some of the "360s" they're doing now look like the backflips they used to do when everyone sucked at them.

The underflip is sweet but I wanna see it turn into a total barrel roll.

I think pastranas barspin bike might become more popular and we'll see decades and possibly even a tailwhip but probably not.
