1. the photo is clearly outside dude

2. hes not wearing anything trump related, unlike everyone else in the protest

3. hes got multiple cameras and huge pack, could have live stream gear or just battieres, etc but its way larger than anything else anyone else is using

4. hes wearing a helmet, nobody in the crowd is wearing a helmet but journalists and police

So let’s go through this one by one.

1. He’s still in a technically restricted space, he doesn’t appear to have any credentials or press-related emblems.

Here’s where I’m at. Over the years, I’ve listened to my extreme conservative friends and family. I gave them the benefit of the doubt— sometimes I really despise hard left politics too. So I gave these conservatives and their views benefit of the doubt, I mean of course the liberals are probably being dramatic and just name-calling the other side because they don’t have an answer on how to compromise and meet in the middle in politics.

what did I learn? I was wrong. Everytime I gave people the benefit of the doubt, in the end I’m just an idiot for doing so. These are a lot of really shitty people and that’s just that.

We can’t change people’s thoughts and actions, but we don’t owe them the benefit of the doubt.

and personally i think it needs to stop. Enough is enough. No more “well maybe he was just...” fuck that!
