Just wondering who here listens to or like country... i can honestly say that it grows on you cause i'm startin to like it

never was a country fan but it does grow on you, and I have to admit that there is some decent songs/artists. I saw something yesterday that was cool (flipping through the channels) - CMT had a show that was Kid Rock and Hank Williams Jr. doing a bunch of songs and interviews together, it was definately pretty cool.

 
i listen to a lil bit every now and then, mainly when there's nothing else on the radio. garth brooks, joe nichols, and kenny chesney are my favorites

I'm not a country fan myself but one of the kings of coutnry just died...Slim Dusty. That man was like a national treasure, he had made over 100 albums, was working on one when he died and won heaps of Golden Guitar awards.

 
yah, i used to hate it, but in the past year or so ive started to listen to alot of it, ive taken a liking to willie nelson, johnny cash, and older stuff. all the new country, like the stuff on CMT sucks monkey cock though
