i've had it for 6 semesters now. i love it. it keeps me relaxed in school. that lid looks sweet is it heavy tho?

I use to throw stuff all the time, but havent been lately. I need to get back into it. There are some pictures of my work here on NS, if you look in my pics

no, thats the best part of my piece is that its super light. ive been working on throwin cylinders for like a month to get it super thin.

yeah man, your vases are sweet, the green goblets you made too are kickass. ive always wanted to make ones just like those

Ceramics was like the funnest class. but ya thats a good pot i sucked but it was always fun to make weird stuff

those are really good. im taking ceramics in school but im not that good at it, i wish i had your skills. that teapot looks so good and so hard to make

i did this the other day. these pictures are before it was fired yesterday. now i just need to glaze it.

This is some of my work from last year. Some is unfinished and others are glazed and sold. Let me know what you guys think. WERD

your teapots are the shit, i love the shape of the body and the spout. you just gave me a bunck of different ideas for another one

thanks man, ya if youre trying to progress your teapots, think about trying to make a single style and mood to each piece. consider shape and form and make them match up.

yeah tea pots are the hardest to make, so many elements to it, body, spout, lid, handle, you got it down. I like the green/orange glaze too. U making those at home or at school?

yeah, teapots are sooooo hard to make, the top pic is my first one and it took like 5 hour to make not including drying time

that' pretty damn good for your first one. what kinda glaze U gonna use? that sculpture with the face is pretty cool too.

ill probably do either a red w/ white driping on the top, or the whole thing white w/ blue dripping on the top. ill have pics of it when its done.

about the mask piece, i just made it cause i was tired of doing the wheel so much so i took a break and made that. i wasnt planing on making it, i just went with it. it seems like most of my best pieces come out when im not TRYING to make them.

thats not bad for your first one man. ive been making all my stuff at my school. the college i go to has a huge studio.

I still haven't mastered throwing, got kinda bored of it too but I made an 8 ft. totem pole made up of four 2ft. peices for my senior project. I only have slides of it so I can't post it but I'd like to go back to school so I can make some more cool shit. seein your guy's stuff makes me wanna get back into it.

I love the green and red/orange teapot.  I'm really into ceramics, I'm goin gto post some of my work soon too. I love the green and red/orange teapot. Was the glaze sprayed on?

ya i airbrushed on some commercial under glaze and then dipped it in

clear. thats everyone's favorite but it was really simple actually.

i made a pirate ship my freshmen year and it was sweet if you lit incences in the middle it would come out the cannons. i would show you a picture but i broke walking out of school i was so mad

This is almost all I salvaged from my grade 12 ceramics class. The glazing is pretty uneven but at least it's functional.

i have ceramics every day. ive thrown sum alright stuff and made sum decent slab pots. i have hardcore a.d.d. tho and i get frustrated liek 9 out of ten times and throw away my shit when it gets off center. it sorta sucks. but yah i try. most of my peices suck but ive done sum dank glazes.

this is a vase i made a couple weeks ago and just got back today. tell me what you think on the glaze, i was just messin around but i think it looks kind of cool

Anybody see Antiques Roadshow a few weeks back from Louisiana. They profiled some crazy dude from around there who threw sick pots. After search baring, still couldn't come with the name. Anyone... Beuller?
