Who's gotten their first runs in already?

There's a ton of excitement in my town because the local hill is opening up this Friday, but I'm not quite as stoked as I usually am because I already got my first runs in about a month ago at Tyrol. Who here has already begun their 12/13 season?
 
possibly this weekend, but i need to get my bindings mounted still. May go tomorrow and see if they can do it in one day. Local hills open on saturday so it'll be the first for everyone in Ontario.
 
youre pretty uninformed, i live on the east coast (ski in PA) and my mountain literally doesn't have a single bit of snow on it. so yea, i think plenty of people don't have their first turns in yet
 
They just opened this week. To the kid who said the first mountain to open was in the mid west, where was it and what was it? I dont recall.
 
Cascade? Tyrol opened a month ago? Wow. they must have had very little open, as it is already a tiny tiny hill. Cascade has gone down hill the past 5-6 years. There park used to be the best in the midwest. Now it blows. I remember about 6 years ago, they actually had a an old school bus in the park. Now hardly anything. Granite peak's park blows away cascade 10 fold. Sad because cascade was my home mountain, where I used to ski race as a kid, and where I pretty much skied every weekend.

 
monday took some runs, ( bootpack) at one of my local passes. twas sick, 2 feet of fresh sugar with a 6 inch base. worked just fine if you had some fatter skis to stay on top, other than that it was fucking fresh ! and i was skiing with a dual pick line in, didnt even think id go skiing this year, so ya pretty much the best day ive had in like years.
 
Took a few runs on like 2 inches at my house. Also tried to set up a PVC tube but I would usually stop about halfway on it and it would start sliding down the hill (Not enough snow to embed it into)
 
My buddy has a sick backyard setup this year that I got to hit last night. It felt goddamn awesome to finally hit a rail. Opening day at my local hill is this weekend so the wait's finally over.
