Whos going to fernie for the comp??

weather going from rain to snow in town, top of the hill today was ok, some pow pow a little sticky but better than i expected as it lashed rain all night. the freeride comp should have good snow though.

And i jus noticed the 1/4 pipe in the big park too today,

oh and the little park also has some new super fun boxes.

 
big mountain, the venues sucked, and the judges fucked me over on the second day. one of em admitted that they werent even watching the top half of my run so they gave me a shitty line score, which dropped me to sixth.......
 
I think i was at the mountain during the comp last year. Was it on the ridge above the face rope tow lift? That's pretty gnar if it was.
 
no the comp was on two shitty runs with nothing on them and it was horrible weather
 
Do you not think it had something more to do with the super sketch avalanche conditions over the past week? On saturday there was only one way down from most lifts with patrollers stood up there watching, and the whole of snake ridge avalanches down to mud,
