Who will have the first jump up between Wp and copper

They told me after Christmas, Winter Park would...I'm going with Copper. Breck already has some up.
 
I'm guessing copper. I heard the pipe should be done this weekend, so they'll probably work on some jumps after that.
 
winter park had jumps in the first week of december last year...little ones, but they were jumps
