Ok so serious idea here: Turn the whole place over to the Dentists. Let those type A dentists run the whole country as a deluxe dental school campus. Of course they will need nice ski areas, golf courses, restaurants and everything else dentists like. They'll keep the whole place sanitary and offer free cleanings at their international dental hygiene school. Problem solved.
