I just got a female shitzue puppy about 9 weeks old. The previous owner had her named "Jazzy Girl" and that name makes me gag. I want to name her pooter, but that sounds to masculent. I want to name her something creative/funny...ish. For example, i would not use names like Angel or isabelle. something along the lines of pooter, booger, droopy etc. except more fit for a female. Thanks to anyone who gives it a shot. I would post a pic but I'm too lazy. If i choose your name i will award you with a thanks.

took me so long to name my dog....we said everything. i liked sadie a lot (female golden retriver).....then a mercedes commercial came on and i was sold. mercedes....call her sadie for short. word.

but yeah man, fuck having a thread after it. its your dog....google dog names and go through them, you're gonna call the pup it for 10-15 years....

my dogs names so far:

Lacey (dead)...named b my sister

Jack (old man)...named after ol' # 7

Zoey (6-7ish)....mom named her

Mercedes (Sadie) (2).....my pooch.

make sure you teach your dog triks man....i taught mine play dead and it's still fun to do....2 years later.

It took me seriously 2 months to name my cat. I wanted to name it Fyedka because that is an AWESOME name, but all my friends and family were completely against it. I finally named him Fredo, but that's beside the point. Just come up with a name quickly, so you don't get stuck calling it "Puppy" for the rest of its life.
