Who took the sat today

it was the worst test ever. i lost my attention after the second section. i think i did ok though. what did people write about for the essey?
 
I got 50% extra time on my test 'cause I'm foreign, so that helped out a bit. Test is too long though. My essay was on how the need for life would be gone w/o materialism
 
ya i had the materialistic question too... and by the end i was just so tired it felt every answer could be right
 
jeap. materialism. real dumb that 1/3 of your grade is based on 25 minutes but o well. didn't think it was too horrible
 
it was definately easier than i expected. it was tooooo long, but not too challenging. i had the materialism essay as well and i wrote about how materialism destroys individuality or something.
 
haha yeah amen SATs suck, i took them in march, hungover, and couldnt function, got 550 striaght across...not that sick, so i took them today, with plenty of rest, took my aderall and went in a beasted it, i hope i did well, what did everyone use as examples in the essay, its the same essay for everyone, i talked about independence day and said how freedom was the "goal" and then talked about overcoming cancer as a personal example
 
Normally personal examples are pretty bad, but i think your might be one of teh few exceptions that I would recommend someone to put on the exam.
 
I did. I got about halfway through my essay when I realized I only had 3 minutes left so rushed the essay. It was pretty bad. I also didn't have a graphing calculator so the math was sorta hard. I omitted alot though. I was also out at a party last night so I had a tough time waking up.
