Park skis should be even softer, they're almost too stiff to have a shit load of fun on.

And no, I'm not talking about making every park ski soft, heavier people/stronger people and cats that want to ski allmountain with them(myself included) like stiffness and pop...but I think they whole niche of soft soft fun skis hasnt been filled. I'd love to see a lot of super soft park skis coming out.

Yah, riding with snowboarders mainly makes me think this way.

soft skis would be good for butters and smooth stuff, they alos might be good for jumps and maybe act as a small shock absorber. They would completely fall apart on rails and probably blow out on jums f taken to hard. Overall they wuld probably suck

probably a cool idea but the way a ski flexes is so different than a snowboard and just like he said, you wouldnt have the stability on a big jump. a ski becomes less noodle-y when you put a binding on it. a snowboard has two of them, thats why they are so flexy in certain spots, if a whole ski is soft then it wont work. its basically what they are already working on... the fujative was the first and other park skis are starting to follow

go get two swimming pool noodles and ducktape them to your feet and go get tom brokeoff

if my fujy's were any softer...piss would melt them.....but it doesnt matter because they are awesome

fuck you man. fuck you.

and people, i said some skis, not all park skis. shit. obviously we need different skis for differnt shit.

but yah, give me some softies in a

my fujatives are super soft, they are the first fujatives...first year or whatever.im getting lines next year and i hope they are even softer

This is stupid. There are soft park skis... the STL, the T-Hall, butterlicious.... you just need to find one you like. And the problem with super soft skis is durability. like, with my STL's, they didn't have camber after two weeks on snow. I ski over 100 days a year, mainly park, and a soft park ski can't take it at all. i can go through about 4 pairs of soft parks skis easily.

My Ninthwards are super soft in the noses but not as soft in the tails so they hold pretty well on jumps but you can do mad nollies/nose butters and shit.

I think thats how it should be.

You're missing the point. Take your shit elsewhere. You really need to list park skis? Like we don't know of them?

they wouldnt be so good on jumps, all of ur landings will be buttered. i already feel like the invader is to soft

First of all you are NOT the spokesman for NS. Second, it dosen't look like your good in the park, so what legitamacy do you have in bashing on an idea for a park ONLY ski.

Anyways, i totaly agree and think there needs to be some super flexy skis out there -- even more flexier than what we have now. Something similar to a snowboard flex would be really sick -- if its its at all possible with the dimensions of a ski that is. And i totatly feel you on this Tmorry, i ride with a lot of snowboarders and i feel the same way.

I've been riding fujatives all season and i have never had any problems stomping shit on big jumps. As long as you throw your rotation good and know how to land it then it should be fine.

yeah, if you land over your feet you won't have trouble stomping big shit with soft skis.

hey not a horrible idea. check out next years fichers... (sp.. its late) they are super super super soft but i like the idea, buttering with just a small lean, good concept , at the very least worth a try

no no no. stay away from the noodles. this year i bought a pair of atomic supercross skis just to get away from the soft skis. you can't get any preformance out of soft skis. they don't need to be any softer than they are now.

i have 179 fujatives and 172 madtrix, if you land backseat on the fujative you wash out, you can pull yourself back upright on the madtrix

doesnt look like im good in the park anyway? maybe you should post a video or something showing your better than me. What legitamacy do you have for bashing me? Your a fucking joey and give freestyle skiing a bad name

Seems like a good idea to tool around on, but yeah snowboarders have two bindings on each end of the board making them much more stable for jumps and stuff. Because of this, skis cannot be that flexable so you just have to deal and muscle the buttering out of your skis. It can be done, and it looks sooo nasty when done.
