so today i got home and my dad (who sells skis out of our garage) told me that he sold a pair of small k2's to a guy from canada named cliff who was on his way out to colorado to hit some water ramps. then he said that he was planning to shoot with Matchstick Productions this year. i did some research and couldnt figure it out.....who was this guy?

This story doesn't really seem plausible becuase if he really is shooting with match stick one would think that he would have a ski sponsor...
 
No way, all pros buy their stuff at garage sales. Thats how I met Barry Bonds. He just happened to need a cup, and I just happened to be off loading one that would fit. I had out grown it and his had became to large over the years for some reason.
 
Only person I can think of is Cliff Bennett maybe? He's pretty big on the Freeskiing World Tour but he has never filmed with MSP. It is possible that a pro skier would grab some skis at a garage sale to use at the ramps, but most likely its bullshit
 
Pretty sure he is legit. His name is Cliff, Cliff Hangger. Hes an up an comer that is coming out of the midwest that charges AK lines and throws dub corks mid AK lines. I also heard hes a base jumper but doesnt use a parachute.
 
Uhm kinda, he wears basketball shorts when he skis but he wears a tall T. Looks like that guy doesnt wear a shirt. ever. And hes got dark hair but his tips are frosted. Hes currently filming in Mt Everest right with MSP. first ever base jump to big mountain line without a parachute. Read that on twitter.
