Yeah you will gain a shit ton of distance when you get yourself a actual disc golf disc that's meant for distance. With a regular frisbee the edge isn't very aerodynamic for distance but is very good for putting.

golf is way out of my budget though. $60 to play? screw that ill play disc golf for $5 all day and only pay $8 a disc(thats the cheap plastic) and you only really need two to three disc to play. In most places outside of new england its free to play. Use to play actual golf when I was younger and the green fees were cheaper. I would play actual golf occasional if I didn't have super sexy courses around.

Yeah i will admit that golf can be expensive. I got a sweet fucking deal though. $5000 for a 5-year membership at a place that has 3 full 18 hole courses, a 9 hole executive course and a driving range. Plus I've been working at the same country club so I get free golf there as well whenever

I play and Im lucky. My grandma works at a golf course so free golf there and since im on the varsity golf team I get free golf at two more courses where my coach's work.
