Who owns the water ramp on Mary Lake, Muskoka?

I was boatin down to the marina at the end of my lake (Mary Lake) and I stumbled upon someones's personal water ramps! The ramp was really steep and then leveled out into a shallow kick, all covered in white lattice material. who belongs to them?!?!?

probably a snowboarder dude, i think we would know if someone on here had a water ramp at thier cottage because i would have told them i wanted to go to it haha
