cost of building a D35 and a yota are almost the exact same except in the end the yota will be able to hand a little more power/tire.  Also if you are running a light weight rig (i.e. jeeps/truggys) you don't need the strength of D60/Weight/or the over gerth if you will.  I wouldn't run a D60 on a small rig with 37s.  If i was to run D60s on a lightweight rig it would be to run 40+ and nothing smaller or else I would just keep the smaller axles.  Also you would lose a ton of ground clearance with the D60 and a 37 at which point it would probably make more sense to keep the smaller axle that can handle the abuse and have the clearance of D60 w/ 42s.  IMHO
Ill push my yota axles on 40s all day long, but they have a TON of money into them and when they break its gonna be a 60/14b combo with at least 42s.
