^^no shithead thats called emo. punk ROCK is usually more about change/positivity/humorous situations/social or political climates, etc....POP punk is usually more how about 'how much they hate their lives', but even then theres still quality 'pop punk' out there too.

 
i like the buzzcocks much. i used to be so into punk rock and classic rock. but then i found the soothing tunes of bob marley and now listen to reggae/dancehall for hours on end

I like all things semi related to punk (including punk itself, of corse)

As you can see in my sig and my icon, I like anything from Guttermouth to Crass. I also like ska psychobilly and Hardcore (not anything somewhat recent that calls itself hardcore though! thats just a steaming pile of shit that doesnt like the name emo!)

Don't forget punk's influence was mostly from reggae. listen to some clash songs, then go listen to some Toots and the maytals. also see the band Bad Brains

I really used to be really into the ska/punk scene, but now only a couple bands stuck. I still listen to anti-flag, bad religion, and Dropkick murphys

yeah man bad brains are veeerrry good. Anyone like the Bouncing Souls here. i really got into them more this summer. Still, the Clash=best band of all time. all in all i am am more of a ska man though.

for sure man Good charlotte are one of the best punk rock bands ever with their uniqeu style and those lyrics...GC is so punk hardcore

i like old punk from the 80s. i'm a big black flag fan. and whoever said that anything mainstream isn't punk is totally wrong. Sure the whole punk image totally died when popstars like ashlee simpson adopted it, but Rancid is a well known band and they are true punks.

yes i happened to be joking and i too am a fan of black, flag rancid, anti-flag,bouncing souls,bad religion,menace, neao hearts,perfects, the prats

however im more into post harcore/screamo
