id like to know what you kids mean when you say 'selling out' ..because i think most of you have it wrong... selling out is not when a band gets big, signs onto a big label, gets better, and gets popular. Selling out is when a band completely leaves their identity and only plays so they can make money, and honestly there are very few bands that i know that have really done that. Although goo goo dolls are one of them.

damn, the emo post is long. i've been getting into a lot more emocore metal. poison the well's got some good stuff. mock orange is good too. there were a bunch of posts about death cab. a lot of his stuff is emo. and his lyrics for postal service are mostly emo. but i wouldn't call either an emo band. not until they cry on stage. thursday is damn good, and emo. saw them with thrice a few months ago. shit. the emo post should never be started again. im lost and im going to go cry in the corner.
