no im gonna have to say tanner hall for best all around skier.... he can hold his own in most spectrums of the sport
 
tanner for all around, candide and jp are close seconds because they slay everything and how much of a contribution theyve made to the sport.

coombs and eric hjorleifson prolly take it on the big mountain ripping mountaineers.
 


There is no argument against the fact that Tanner is the ultimate all around skier. He kills every comp he ever enters, and consistently has the best big mountain footage year after year, all with mad style.
 
If were talking about contributions made to the sport Glen Plake would probably be in first, if not first (possibly Tanner) then second.
 
Tanner and Seth they both rip. Iv awalys liked Bode miller though I saw him at Cannon MTN a wilw back all I can say is holy fuck, that guy charges
 
Scott Vail isn't human, you can't include him.
So my list includes Pep, Abma, THall, and Sean Pettit.

honestly, this black guy i always see at my mountain, he isnt that good, can barely 270 on to boxes, but he has the most fun out of anybody ive ever met, like he is insanely impossibly happy, all the time. he is like 35-40 years old, ive talked to him a couple times and we have skiied together sometimes, and it gives me so much more faith in skiing, he doesnt dress cool, isnt super good or anything, and he just doesnt give a fuck. he will get super psyched over anything and give everybody huge props for even the easiest stuff. there is absolutely no negativity in him at all, just 100% pure happiness and fun, he is my hero. i hope i can be like him.but yeah really, fuck skill, the more fun you are having the better you are imo. im done trying to be super good and out-do everyone. im doing exactly what i want when i want, fuck getting good and winning comps, spending shit loads of money on ski clothes every year to look cool. and its all cause of this one guy who showed me exactly what skiing is all about.

exactly, fun is what it used to be all the time, and nows its just a "i'm better then you" kinda sport, hopefully people can remember how it used to be and maybe work from there
