Who is Reed Speedman?

This man is a complete enigma to me.

When I lived in Whistler I made eye contact with him in the lift line and we shared a mutual head nod. Ever since that moment of awkward interaction, I've been wondering.

What does this guy even do?

All I can think of:

-Good friend of many pro skiers

-Something about Voleurz

-Whistler

-Provides comic relief

Reed was doing cork 12s when you were all still in your daddy's nutsack. Had it not been for piles of injuries, most likely due to partying full-time, he'd be right up there with all the other well known BC based pros. FYI his last name is not Speedman. Karma points if you can guess it. Hint: Freeze magazine, Ask Brad.
 
injuries due to learning cork 12s on snow...leads to binge partying.... i due believe he helped me out when i got hurt poaching at coc.
 
No, Reed told me it was due to problems with being an American working in Canada. That is why summer of 2011, Reed and him worked side by side coaching, then Reed took over 2012. He did not go to Momentum.

he was a freestyle coach a while back in kimbo and there is a ton of good skiers kicking around that he coached back in the day. and his last name is holm im pretty sure.
