Oh I remember those, they wheren't bad really. What was bad was the keeper camp... damn. It was 3 2 hour sessions a day for 5 days. You wheren't even encouraged to eat right, you're body just forced you to. So for breakfest you'd have like maybe cereal, or a fruit with water, for lunch same thing and for dinner you'd carbo-load with a large pizza each. Man that was insane, just constant drilling, conditioning... good times.
