Who is an underrated rapper?

it wasnt that we were arguing, arguing is all good in good fun. its cause you said, "i can't even talk hip hop to you" after something that could be seen as reasonable
 
this. his new album is dropping soon, it's going to be sick. they play his songs and talk about him all the time on the xm station i listen to though.
 
thats pretty much what i was saying at. and they are able to be compared (its able to be discussed), but its not like macklemore comes close to RA scion lyrically or with his flow.
