seriously you know a guy is legit when TALIB KWELI calls your debut album "the next illmatic" - plus the guy is pretty much a closet genius, i'm actually surprised he's not that big on ns
 
i think he is perfectly rated. the only problem with him is that everyone knows about him, but people think that other people dont know. if that makes sense
 
i think we already had this debate in another thread. i think macklemore is good, but to each his own
 
nvm i know who RA scion is. they are comparable i would say. but i wouldnt say RA is at the top either

but on a serious note, Giggs is a crazy good english rapper.

did you seriously just say immortal technique is underrated? everyone has heard dance with the devil and if you ask someone if they listen to underground hip hop 9 times out of 10 they will say IT. That is not exactly underrated
 
you try to make it objective, but pretty much all art forms are subjective to the individual, so while lil wayne is obviously much worse than RA Scion, good luck trying to convince someone who loves lil wayne of that. RA Scion may be better lyrically, more talented and actually make sense when he rhymes, but to a hardcore lil wayne fan, lil wayne is still better

Wale for sure. his album didn't sell for shit and in my opinion he is one of the best out there.
