Who here works at a ski resort or ski shop?

I have been wondering about this for a while, since NS has gotten so big I was wondering how many peple actually do work at resorts and ski shops that are pretty active on the site. I mysef patrol and i love coming on the site.

Any type of job:

-ski instructor

-ski patrol

-park crew

-liftie

-cafeteria

-lodge

-rentals

-grooming

-snowmaking

-operations

--anything else
 
i work in the park in a little place where you can get hot dogs haha it's like 5 hours ski 3 work and also some times instructor here in Chile
 
I think a bunch of people on this site work at resorts and already in the past two hours its been up skiers have already made a connection. That is the purpose of this thread. ome of us work at resorts with 100's of employees and we might not even know that they are on ns as much as we are.
 
lifty at horseshoe ontario as of tuesday. the only thing I dislike is that Ive been working a lot and skiing less
 
i will never be a ski patrol. and if the misfortune of that happening i will encourage rule breaking and teach the young whipper snappers when they fall
 
thats depressing. Money is most definitely NOT everything. There is so much more to life than money. Theres this little thing called being happy...
 
haha same here yay minimum in washington and to waxing and scraping skis for 10 hrs!

sold skis for a bit and hated it

back at the hill as a liftie and work in the tuneshop there as well.
 
yea i pretty much get paid to hang out and wax skis its sick, im thinking of becoming a liftie
