Who here works at a fast food restaurant?

most fast food restourants dont use gloves.

i eat out too much so i cant really afford to think about it...
 
at mcdonalds nobody uses gloves, unless they have cuts on their hands from something. think about touching raw meat, then touching everything else that goes on to your burger.
 
Ive worked at A&W since April 2006

i started at 8 an hour

im now at an amazing 9

my manager has risen the prices

so even though i get 50% off when i work or 15% when i dont

i cant afford it

im sick of the food

and too lazy/poor to leave

have fun

and summers are fucking crazy as shit

80% of the sales are in the 2 long weekends during the summer

winters are ever so dead

i mean, my last paycheck only had 9 hours on it

and this one is going to have 8

 
everyone needs to have a shit job to start with. it gives you motivation to do well in school and not to end up getting stuck there untill you're 40.

that said, shit jobs can still provide you with good opertunities, if you happen to have a great boss or a good group of co-workers your overall experience can give you more than just a bad paycheck.
 
i workd at mickey d's like 2 years ago and we used gloves for everything. but different states have different food prep laws
 
my friend works at pizza 73 so i applied there yesterday and got hired on the spot.

it's probably going to be pretty gay but easy at the same time. i hate feeling greasy.

the pays shitty but all i need to do is pay for lift tickets so meh
