Who here still supports bush?

i live in texas and know people who do

they also think that we should kill all muslims, iraq bombed us, hussain was a terrorist, and the war is so fucking awsome

well...i certainly don't hate him.

he's an ok president.

he's actually acting out instead of wimping out like some other president i know...

what presidents wimped out

there is acting on the problem and then there is bullshiting

weapons of mass destruction? uhhhh

i'm so against newschoolers.com being a political forum, that i'm going to refrain from arguing with you about liking and just go straight for the "SUCK MY DICK". seriously...cause you're a girl...seriously i'm not even kidding just lick it a little

uss cole (2000)?

bombing an aspirin factory and killing a camel?

bombing of the world trade center (1993)?

uss embassy bombings in tanzania and nairobi (1998)?

khobar towers bombing (1996)?

And invading Iraq had what exactly to do with those? Afghanistan was fine in my opinion, but I don't think Iraq could be classified as acting out against terrorism.

saddam was killing thousands of innocent people in his own country! he did that for FUN! you don't call that terrorism?

we had osama in our grasp when clinton was in office, he didn't do a damn thing!

all done by independent people. should we just resolve to attack any country that produces a person that attacks of their own accord?

because shit, then we better get the fuck into south korea, because that cho kid killed 32 americans.

I really hate how everyone says they dont like him and how horrible he is when most of the time they dont even know why they dont like him.

Im not saying I like him tho thats for sure

you haven't noticed that everyone that says they don't like him is using extreme sarcasm!? i mean seriously! whats not to like. he's smart, sober and super sexy. i'd vote for him 30 times over if i could.

um, what about north korea

oh and if saddam was bad

why did we go there for weapons of mass destruction and not to take out

saddam, uh huh thats right

On 12 October 2000, while under the command of Commander Kirk Lippold, the Cole was attacked from a small boat by Al-Qaida suicide bombers, while she was harbored in the Yemeni port of Aden. Seventeen sailors were killed and 39 were injured. The U.S. government offered a reward of up to US$5 million for information leading to the arrest or conviction of those persons who committed or aided in the attack on Cole. On 4 November 2002, Ali Qaed Sinan al-Harthi, who is believed to have planned the attack, was killed by the CIA using an AGM-114 Hellfire missile launched from an MQ-1 Predator unmanned drone.

In the 1998 U.S. Embassy bombings (August 7, 1998), hundreds of people were killed in simultaneous car bomb explosions at the United States embassies in the East African capital cities of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania and Nairobi, Kenya. The attacks, linked to local members of the al Qaeda terrorist network headed by Osama bin Laden, brought bin Laden and al Qaeda to international attention for the first time, and resulted in the U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation placing bin Laden on its Ten Most Wanted list.

In 2004, the 9/11 Commission noted that Osama Bin Laden was seen being congratulated on the day of the Khobar attack, and this raised the possibility that he may have helped the group, possibly by helping to obtain the explosives or the sophisticated timing device used to enable the escape of the perpetrators. According to the United States, classfied evidence suggests that the government of Iran was the key sponsor of the incident, and several high ranking members of their military may have been involved.[3] The U.S. government may have been hesitant to more aggressively pursue the offenders within the Iranian military due to the recent rise of a more reformist government and a desire to enhance relations with Iran at the time.

A U.S. federal court has found that the Khobar Towers bombing was authorized by Ali Khamenei, then leader of Iran.[4]

In the 1993 World Trade Center bombing (February 26, 1993) a car bomb was detonated by Middle Eastern terrorists in the underground parking garage below Tower One of the World Trade Center in New York City. The 1,500-lb (680Kg) urea nitrate-fuel oil device killed six and injured 1,042 people. It was intended to devastate the foundation of the North Tower, causing it to collapse onto its twin.

The attack was planned by a group of conspirators including Ramzi Yousef, Sheik Omar Abdel-Rahman, El Sayyid Nosair, Mahmud Abouhalima, Mohammad Salameh, Nidal Ayyad, Ahmad Ajaj, and Abdul Rahman Yasin. They received financing from al-Qaeda member Khaled Shaikh Mohammed, Yousef's uncle.

didn't feel like bolding all the al Qaeda.

here's the clinton aspirin factory bombing...so he did act...hahahahaha

done by INDEPENDENT PEOPLE not the people running the countrys they come from.

if there is a serial killer from the UK that kills 20 people in the states, to we nuke the UK?

and al-qaida is running which country exactly?

oh, thats right. none. they are a group of islam extremists using personal funding to carry out suicide missions against targets is countries all over the world.

i might not like some stuff he does... but he is the leader of the country, i might not support him but i will always support the countrie and if we are sent to do somthing ill support and help... but if he says lets go kill everyone in the world. i would try to kill him.

i dunno if i explained that well... but support the country and our troups if we are in war or anyother happing. we were the start of the free world and now everyone thinks were trying to end the world. not true. if bush was so bad he would be over threw or w/e.

theres reasons that our country's smartest men are on... and i beleive that our government will stick to doing to right things and what is for the best of our country and the world.

im loyal to the country.

not even comparable. there is a huge difference between killing people in your own country, and invading neighboring countries, toppling governments, and talking world domination.

i never said anything about countries, at least i don't think so.

we were close to having osama, but we didn't get him when we were that close.

^point taken. still i do not think the countries of this world should allow a nation to be killing its own citizens, not that i am saying its our job to police the world, because thats a big mistake, in regards to foreign policy, imo.

i like him... not the best but he is making a stand by not passing those stupid bills or whatever to get the troops out on a SET DATE, that the dumbest thing ever.. its like where telling the enemies to be good for a few mounths then u can raise hell.

Yeah I do... but I didn't support his decision to go to war with Iraq... or to even think about going to war with Iran.

the guy is an absolute muppet, closely followed buy our blair who luckily is fucking off at the end of june to be replaced by gordon brown, he is even worse.

labour will loose the next election and conservatives will be back in power and lift the hunting ban hopefully

like somebody already said, thats genocide not terrorism and what the fuck do you think is going on in sudan right now? geroge bush signed a treaty saying that if a genocide began in sudan, we would send in troops to support them. two fucking years a go he declared a genocide there but where are the troops? "they're stretched too thin around the globe." doing what?? propogating our way of life to people who don't want our way of life and protecting our interest in oil. more people are dying now in iraq than before we went in so we aren't helping yet we're still there and not in some place that needs it like sudan.

I love reading arguments between high schoolers about foreign policy.

You know why

because they know absolutely nothing about foreign policy

i love the "as an american i support whoever the president is" answer. It's sad that the government has so much control over your minds. I guess it just boils down to this, people that support George Bush have no respect for the world population and live in the moment and dont give a shit about the future, all they care about is their ability to be able to drive to the mall. Its sad.

fuck you, u know nothing. how does he have no respect for world population? what the hell are u talking about? any reasoning for this? he just helped iraq get rid of their crazy ass dictator, and he is continueing to help them even when his whole country is telling him to pull out. no matter what u liverals say we ARE helping the iraqy people in the long run.

not getting into this but i agree with you. i dislike bush but most people dont have anything to say to back it up. and im not backing up my answer cuz i dont feel like it.

ps this is a hypocritical statement. but i dont care.

My god you are dumb.

Saddam didn't kill people for fun. Actually, the people he killed weren't innocent or weren't proclaimed to be. You are just one of the many oblivious people that didn't realize the people Saddam killed were tried victims in his courts. Was it unfair, yes. Was it inhumane, yes. By your logic Iraq you would agree we should do something about Sudan, Uganda, and other African countries where there are a hundred times more people being killed, these people actually ARE innocent.

Also Saddam was never proven to be part of those things during Clinton's reign. Oh and if we touched Osama, Saudi Arabia would have befriended us, and we all know we couldn't let that happen.

You know very little about politics and I find your ignorance disturbing.

not terrorism..its called genocide-either way its not cool at all

actually we had osama in afganistan during bush's tenur and we pussyed out on it. powell had a lot to do with that also

fuck the fucken fucker... oh ye if u havnt noticed i hate that bastard, i hope he ends up sucking hitlers dick in hell

why would u not support ur own fucking president....seriously would u rather have kerry? didnt think so
