I heard that the Freeskiing Open in 2008 is going to be held at Berkshire East.

ahahaha berkshire east has such an epic park! what whaaaat! yea I went there last year for racing. super gay racing. the park was meeh. the fucking rainbow had a little up thing at the end I almost flipped off.

I was there for state finals...I ski for Duxbury, we usually race at blue hills (which is shittier than berkshire east)

fools....... I grew up skiing at berkshire east, and it tuaght me how to ski (better than all the kids ragging on it, I'm sure) before you talk shit lets compare.............. berkshire is steeper than ANY hill in mass and most in southern VT, there is some rugged drops in the woods *40ft* and good tree skiing as well, it is where it is so its not gonna be sick by any means, but its alot better than anything around there and it never had a park when I was there but it was still a fucking blast.

 
then you don't know......... and please homie I live in Mammoth.I'm speaking comparitivly*? for where it is, its sick and is FOR SURE steeper than mount slow or flatton

 
from when i was 2-10 years old i skied at berkshire east every single weekend because our like extended family had a house like 5 minutes away in heath, 5 years ago we got a house right next to mt snow though and the rest is history but yeah all you fuckers who are raggin on the beast need to shut the fuck up

I have skied there everyone friday night, saturday and almost sunday, and somtimes wednesday night, and you guess need to shut up about the mountian. It has way better runs than stratton, or snow. you should really be mad at roy for making it such a worthless mountain. However, I am sure that roy does way more for the local kids and stuff than any other moutian owner. Although, Im pretty sure its gonna get way better withen a couple years.

 
ive been there once a year for the last like 5 years cuz my brothers have raced in the states and won a couple times

 
bousquet has the best tree runs in the northeast...if u dont count any mountains that have over 25 trails

 
I wasn't ragging! Berkshire East is my home. Upper Comp and Beast are mad burly. B-East Represent.

yeah, i know why everyone hates roy, but if he wasnt like that, he would have a lot of trouble with kids stealing etc. honestly, I really dont like talking to him and stuff, but he is better than a lot of people out there.

 
I learned to ski at the beast, taught there and raced there. It sucks most days but it is steep for such a small mountain and all the ice makes u good. The three days a year it gets snow the trees are sick.

its a wicked fun mt you can almost get away with almost anything and when it does snow the tress are illin and they got sum pretty good cliffs fer being in the woods the only two things that suck there are roy and the lil kids that ride there every day who actually think there a gang and try to start shyt over sumthing as simple as...yup a snowball you guessed it

 
hahaha dude i just skied the beast for the first time the other day cause ive been meaning to get there cuz its close to school and yes this mountain is DEF fuckin steep as shit for mass! I mean fuck i was like going there to work on sw skiing and it was annoying cause of steep it is. i cant wait to check that place out on a pow day.
 
berkshire ice as we affectionally call it, like 30 mins from my house, i skied there way back when with my school when i was little hehe, now i ski there when i don't feel like going to vermont
 
I like to call it "Berkshire Ice" in other words, Berkshire East also means free skiing. It's so easy to ski without getting a ticket. Ive only been asked to show mine once my entire life, they barely check for them. But if your looking for park skiing, DONT go there.
