It's dumping and I hate skiing when it's super snowy. too cold, too slow, too much work.

whos with me?

dont get me wrong i know we need snow to ski but it just sucks
 
You even live in utah, are you kidding me?

Sometimes its annoying when i get snow in my gogs and they fog, but in no way do i hate it.
 
I m on the east coast and I cant even ski because of my knee for a couple of months and your complaining of too much snow, you got to be kidding me

I love doing anything when it's snowing. Everything has a more relaxed vibe to it. I kinda hate you for saying that while I'm sitting here in Maine with literally an inch and a half of snow on the ground and rain and freezing rain in the forecast.
 
I love riding storm days when it's puking and windy. It's almost better than bluebird days.
 
I dislike the fact that the waterproofing in my jacket and pants are gone, so i get drenched when I go out in weather like that. However I love skiing when its snowing nice fluffy snow and ever run you can get some new powder turns ahhhh.. I want to go skiing some pow really bad right now... screw the ice rink my mountain has been for the past two weeks.

storm riding is the shit. bundle up, have good gogs (and a backup), get high, duck ropes unnoticed, make less turns, ski till it's dark out, drink beer, eat a good meal, dry your shit by the stove, get high, repeat.
 
When i was a little kid i used to hate it cause i got all wet and cold but now i just get really blazed when its dumping and ski pow and since im so baked i dont even really care if im wet and cold.
 
Dont like it too much it on the east side because (mid west) only because realistically there is only park and all fresh snow does is slow everything down and creat uber flat light. It is still fun to hit jibs but jumps are out. On the west coast tho FUCK YEa you can dive into the trees and have amazing days! Some of my best days have been when its puking. And as soon as the storm uis done you go up to the alpine for even more pow.
 
I love skiing in the snow even if it is slow and you cant see. It hardly snows where I live, so everytime it does, it is incredible.

seriously man- when its snowing its the best- cause that means powder or at least some fresh snow- and i get to get out of the park for a while

Days when it dumping and ur skiing in the trees is much better than skiing bluebird from my perspective. I hate when there bluebird and powder i feel like the powder just gets skied up by noon. But when its dumping i feel like the powder is like replenished every hour

those are some of the best days of the season

theyre right up there with the days where it dumped the night before and its all sunny the next day

the only thing wrong with those days is that there are a limited number of super powdery runs you can get

on the super snowy days you can be skiing pow allllll dayyyy longggggg

yea, i hate it when it's snowing out while skiing! i mean, how annoying is it to have your tracks fill in so every run is full on freshies and face shots.

oh face shots, don't get me started on those, blinding me, almost suffocating me with every turn... only being able to see where you're going when airborne... hooting and hollering all day long with a shit eating grin on my face.

oh wait - who the fuck doesn't like skiing when it's dumping? that's crazy talk and you sir, should be locked up with the key thrown away.

2. Dont turn - straight lining is deep pow is one of the best feelings ever

3. Never ever ever too much work to ski powder

4. No one is with you unless they are out of their mind, not going skiing in storms is the stupidest idea ever..... infact wait, stay away from the hill on storm days, excellent idea!
