S16, griffon and fks 180. Who's had experience with all 3 or 2. How do they compare? I'm getting new bindings and I'm trying to decide which ones. Thanks
 
I think you meant the jester, not the griffin. And if you're looking for an absolutely bomber bindings, either the STH driver of the fks are going to be great. It's all preference between the two
 
Marker makes griffons and jesters, but I love my griffons. Super durable and I have had no issues at all with them.
 
ive ridden marker and fks 18's. There's no comparison. Invest in your skis and health and buy some fks'. Markers are absolute garbage. Mine blew up in less then five times out. Would also recommend tyrolia bindings, or any other re-branded rendition.
 
I've skied Dukes/Jesters, FKS/Pivots, and 916/STH16s.

I own many pairs of 916s. The brakes are easy to bend and replace. The only weak spot is the toe wing AFDs. If you're not careful, you can wreck them. I've never done it, but I've seen it lots. Very solid, predictable, proven bindings.

I have a pair of Dukes on my slackcoutry setup. They do the job. I'm not crazy about them, but they work. I've skied Jester demos in the past. They work fine too.

I haven't skied on a pair of FKS/Pivot in a long time. Bomber construction like the 916, with a shorter footprint and more elastic forward release. Very lightweight for an 18-DIN binding as well. Brakes only come in a few widths, and they aren't as easy to swap or bend as a Solly brake. There's a reason they were discontinued and then brought back a few years later. I would use them but I have a slight phobia of them. I fell once and landed on the heel piece, and it attempted to enter my rectum. Never again will I ski a Rossi/Look binding.

 
Used STH16s, Jesters and 2 pairs of FKS155. FKS have broken the most, Jesters feel cheap, STH16 feels most solid but my heels went to shit eventually. 997s and 916s feel more solid than any of them.
 
Have a pair of jester, one of griffon, one sth 14 driver and one 16. Tried the fks and the sth was the best out of them. I love mine
