everything here is in US gallons, that $11 is for Imperial gallons which are 20% larger.

Yep, anywhere in the mountain or rural area in California has the highest prices in the country at any moment. Mammoth used to always be over $.30 higher than Bishop so I'd never fill up in town.

we've had some pretty low prices in the vancouver area like $121.9/litre, a few weeks ago it was over $140/litre
