Who has seen the movie Crash?

has anyone seen it? i was home sick today and watched it and thought it was really good. kind of hard to follow but very good movie. what are your opinions?
 
crash was one crazy powerful movie. it really got u thinkin about issues of racism, but concious and subconcious. it deserved movie of the year.
 
i was pretty impressed with crash because half the time i wasnt certain what was going to happen unlike most movies in which you know the exact story from beginning to end, crash was well done
 
yeah. like when the guy was gonna shoot the meican guys daughter and he actually had blanks, but you never found out he had blanks til later on when his daughter stole the gun
 
Awesome movie, Dillon ruled in it. Seriously, much better than all the big buget movies of 2005 (i.e King Kong or Star Wars). I'm ruling out when you're watching it baked though.
 
Depends on your standards for "better" of course. For me, a movie that I watch with only a few friends sober is to make you think and talk about it after. Many, or baked, King Kong is obviously much better. Did you get much of a social message out of it though?
 
American History X was a great movie but it was more extreme racism. What Crash was going for the subtle hints of racism that are present in society today. From affirmative action to glancing at people on the street. It really makes you think.
