I narrowed it down to Candide Thovex, CR Johnson, Chris Turpin, and David Crichton. Personally it looks like Turpin boosts higher, then Johnson.

CR was actually boosting like a foot and a half higher than Candide in the x games. the only thing was he cased major when he did.

in the us open, greg tufflemire threw a 1260, i dont know how high he was, but he had to be up there to get 3 and a half around.
