those??

they dont look that squared to me

I donno.

I've been offered $480 for two pairs of '06 Scratch FSs...

but I might save that and just spend the $420 on Reno Jibs.

Ahh... I don't know. 'Cause If I get two scratch fss i could sell a pair.

Nope, armadas and 4frnt are alot doper and have actually proved they can last already. Square tips seems like they would get caught on trees and shit alot more than rounded.

Not at all. Its all hype. They just look alright in my opinion, and they have so much attention because of the rocker model. Everyone is saying how awesome they are, but pratically no one had ridden, nor even seen them in person. Just a bunch of rumours that are being fueled by summer-time boredom.

That is so true... the few testers will say they are dope, and then everyone else starts sayin they are dope.

But bout the Rockers, that's not true... I like Moment 'cause the Jibs + Ruby''s look cool too, not just the rockers

Square tips make no performance difference, it just looks different. There are no issue with the tips getting hooked on anything.

Also, skisquaw@420 probably saw one of the prototypes from last year break. Thats why we didn't mass produce last season and were prototyping. We were trying a lot of different materials in our skis to prevent binding pullouts. Some of these materials and where they were located caused breaking points. We wouldn't sell skis that break, thats bad business and we wouldn't last long as a company at all. We also have a 2 year warranty to back our skis up. We are not hard to deal with like bigger companies. If you have issues with your skis bring it to us and we will fix the problem as fast as possible.

But what about if/when you become a big company? ;)

haha.

Yeah, to be honest I think the square tips shouldn't make ANY difference.

Depending on how they're shaped, square tips and tails could effectively add up to 5cm to the running length, compared to a round-tipped ski of the same length. That's a pretty big deal when you can never find park skis that are long enough.

they seem like a pretty good company, handmade quality skis. and as i remember surface was ALL hype by stowebum or whoever

Our skis work the same as conventional round tip skis. If you cut our tips round they would ski exactly the same.
