Who else is stoked to NOT ski this summer??

i've been shreding for like a year and fucking half straight , i just get worse at skiing, my legs need a rest. I'm actually kinda pumped about chillin at home and making that scrillllaaa, not worrying about whether or not I might stomp that trick or not , its rather refreshing yaa diggg

yea i did around 150 consecutive days and i am definately liking the rest, but i have been sitting around doing nothing for 2 weeks and wish it was going again, i will be glad to go for a road trip and getter done this weekend

yeah dude im pretty much over it know

im goin this weekend and that will prob be it for me

its time to go Mountain biking!!!!!!!!!

yea dude i feel ya. i just wanna be out in the sun now for a couple of months workin takin time off college and skiing. makin guap.

i usually enjoy a little break from skiing over summer. i love the anticipation of waiting for the next season. i think if i went skiing all year round it would slowly dull out. but seeing as this year i was hurt all year and got 3 days in, id kill to ski all summer

i would ski every day if i could, I blew up my knee and am not allowed to do anything strenuous for like another 4 months so im kinda lookin forward to goin back to work an stackin some bills, just so i can get outta the house

Blasphemy.

I intend to do as much skiing this summer as humanly possible. And since I will be living in the MT backcountry, I think I will build a mini jib park.

i dunno if i'd say i was stoked not to ski...i loove me some skiin...but i'm definitly ready for the water to warm up for some watersports...which tend to suffice during the summer...

Yeah I totally understand what your sayin... It's nice to give the body a break, but come September I got such an itch to get back out there. You still gotta focus, keep in shape in the summer to shred the gnarl the following season.

BAN!

nah, I agree. I've been skiing for a damn long time now. I can't wait to fly back east, sit on the beach, have a good time, DH bike, and just be rid of snow for a while.

for those who can, go to momentum

Sarah Burke, Rory Bushfield, TJ Schiller, Mike Riddle, Yannick B, Corey Vanular, Josh Bibby, Vincent Dorion, Tim Russell, Frank Raymond, Phil Poirier, Dana Flahr, Jay Vaughan. im not skiin ghtis summer. its going to be my first time in 8 years. im gonna jump on the tramp alot and stay in shape and make some money before college enxt year. ya heard???

your probably a weekend warrior if you think that

ive skied 32 days straight in the winter and 40 in the summer and you get so beat by the end you just wana chill for a while and not ski

no matter how much you love it , you can get burned out on skiing just like anything else

i realy wish i could go skiing year round but summer comes around. so i break out my DH bike and bike, go to races, and work on bikes. so my summer revolves around bikes as my substitute for skiing

Me, I wanted to go to Hood but definitely not now.. My knees need a break. I'm taking summer classes instead. I need some time to get re stoked on skiing.

I am so ready for summer. I have never felt this way before, I seriously hated skiing this year. I need a break, and need to realize that it is fun, I skied myself out though, and I realized I really don't like cold weather.

Lets see here... summer = shitty job and no skiing... winter = college and skiing well... I bet you can guess how I feel~

Yea,, you know i realised after reading this, that skiing being seasonal makes it great.. That way you get a break and your just as stoked at the begining of the season.. but for real i feel you

early in the summer, i go to the beach with my whole extended family. they all bitch at me because i can sit on a gorgeous beach in "nice" weather and say id rather be skiing.

not gona lie, im a bit burnt out from the season. Tho in july Il probably want to ride and thats where a whistler trip will come in, after that I should be good till the winter
