Who else gets into full ski gear just to be in it?

Like I swear, whenever I'm bored, thinking about snow, and wanting to ski (which is like 95% of the time)

Ill jsut randomly go and get into full ski gear until it gets stupid hot and then take it off

i know this is random...but i can't be the only one...
 
i have to say, im with you on that one. mum doesnt get to stoked with me walking round the house in my ski boots tho ahaha! (i only did that once), but yeah, im wearing my ski pants now!
 
I put on my helmet and my sweet new oakley crowbars and just stare in the mirror sometimes. I also put my skis on inside and stand there doing grabs. I even skied down my stairs. That was fun.
 
haha i used to do that shit...

Ive been keeping busyer this summer luckily... plus its been over 100 degrees most of the summer.
 
Yeah, the other day I was like is it healthy to be this obsessed with skiing. It's the middle of summer and I swear that 's the ONLY thing I think about most days. I need to do something to get my mind off it like soccer or get a girlfriend.
 
when the first ski movies arrive in september/october i tend to watch them while in ski pants/jacket while wearing my boots
 
only when i get new gear.

right now i have a mannequin wearing all of my ski gear set up sitting on the couch in my room.

I always put on my skis and jump off my bed. my parents think i'm going crazy and they want to send me to some sort of a counciler. they keep telling me that I should stop skiing and start playing a "real sport"
 
That's awesome that you have a mannequin with all your gear on.

Yeah, I suit up and do presses. My brother walked in and just stared at for a couple minutes, shook his head, and walked away.
 
I try to, but I always forget that I lower my din over the summer to save the springs, and end up falling on the carpet, and lying there feeling like a retard.
 
same here!

i love putting all my stuff on it just makes skiing seem that much closer. ive considered skiing down my stairs before. but i would have to somehow turn to get out my front door adn if i couldnt turn i would be screwd and eat it into a wall.
 
i do this. and some tmes i go on my trampoline in my all my gear and boots with goggles and helmet on holding poles and do the tricks i can do on skis.

haha that was awesome.

but seriously. people think i'm crazy because all i talk/think about is skiing in the middle of summer. at least i know i'm not alone.
 
well i live in GA, and i will be walkin around my house with my skis, and my moms like...what are you doin?...i look here in the eye, and say "im goin skiing..."adn just walk away
 
ya i do it every once in awhile during summer to see if my pants still look somewhat gangster on me then i just end up putting everything on except my skis....happens to the best of us
 
I wear my goggles sometimes when I'm writing essays or shit. It helps me focus when i'm really distracted by the thought of skiing, but it's been a few years since i got into my ski gear without snow.

 
yea its awesome getting in full gear for no reason especially when you get new gear and you want to make sure that everything is in order
 
i jump off my bed to with my skis on

i scraped pant off the wall doing a 180 so i had to cover it with a poster
 
Absolutely. This year, me and my friend skipped school to go to opening day. I slept over at his house, watched ski movies and we wore our suits. We like to call them "suit parties." We plan on repeating the ritual this year.
