Who doesn't drink?

I'm not hatin on people who drink. I'm just wondering how many people make the choice to not drink?
 
I hardly ever drink. It's fun I guess but I hate getting so drunk you can't function.. I drank Friday night but I was fucked up on other things, otherwise it's been about a month or two before that. I guess I don't enjoy it as much as most people. I do love a good beer just to drink while chillin' or with food though.
 
i haven't had a single sip in 5 weeks, i'm super broke though so that's how it started but i think i'm gonna see how long i can go without. i figure if i hit 3 months then i might as well just quit all together,

i'm 19 years old, i go to school in burlington, vt, and i don't drink...or smoke for that matter. I have no problem with it, as all of my friends do, but to drink and ski is obsurd...i broke my neck skiing last winter (yeah im hardcore what!) and it bothers me to see people do stupid stuff while drinking (ski, drive etc.) I hate the image that freesking has, you could use the classic (we are a drinking team with skiing problems).
 
^None of you have ever been thirsty? I drink a lot of water every day, and sometimes some orange juice and milk.

i do, but the drinking age in quebec is 18 so give me a break. all quebecois drink.

Fun fact: the richest country in the world (Luxemburg sp?), and one of the happiest, happens to consume the most amount of alcohol per person.
 
.........This on the other hand is a bad idea. My roommate drank like 7 shots and some beer and ended up crashing his car into a snow bank and it caught on fire. He didn't get a d-dub because the cops felt bad his car burnt to a crisp.

i used to be against it, but that all changed very quickly. I'm not a fan of getting black out, piss your pants drunk, but it can fun in moderation.

plus with my friends we normally spend our weekend nights watching soccer matches and shit, and its always great to enjoy a beer with some friends watching a good match
 
I can understand you guys saying you dont drink when youve tried it, but all you guys saying "I don't want to not be able to walk or talk and be sick i've never tried it and never will" need to shut up if you've never tried it then how do you know what it does, i can be completely drunk and still talk and walk fine some people are just retards. Im not hating on not drinking im just saying if you choose not to drink and never have then your reasons for it shouldn't be just what you heard, im saying don't knock it till you try it.

I don't drink, and I've explained this too many times to my friends. They respect my decision. I'm 17, and I don't plan on drinking until I'm 21 and even then only on occasion. I don't see the point in being drunk, it's not even fun.
 
of all the people that say they don't drink how many are in high school and/or living with parents who won't let you?
 
I said that I don't drink often or really at all, I have unlimited freedoms seeing as I am a college student. Just because you can do something doesn't mean you should. As I said, drinking is fun, but I hate getting drunk because I personally can't function and make an ass of myself.
