Who do you think will win KOS this year

Jon.

He could do any of a number of tricks maybe even the double cork he learnt on his newesst video blog or a fakie double like in the one from the other day, i think either of these could be winners

as long as the jump is longer than 25 feet Dumont will probably at least double front it, but give him like a 40 table maybe we will see a triple. Gus will probably not podium with all the other big names there. Tom will probably str8 air it cause he is ignant.

imo these riders have tricks that might win the contest:

PK - double cork 12

Jacob - double cork/flip 12

Simon - misty 12

Jon - kangaroo (prob not), hexo flip, DJ flip, cork 12, double cork 12 like PKs (check latest blog)

Henrik - switch 14, 16?

Cosco - double cork 10, 12?

i believe any of those will win the contest. of course most other riders have dub flips to but i'm not to sure they can stick them prop in a city jump contest. or I might be completely wrong and some smooth slow trick will win..

Not sure if you can call it now, cause anyone can be on their "A" game, and do really well.

- PK will definitely finish on top, he's soooo consistent and his dub 10 is the dopest shit ever.

- Tom has all the tricks, and more style than anybody. His switch 10 with the shifty at 9 that he does in Turbo has got potential for the win. Plus the rodeo 9/10's and whatnot. He's got doubles too.

- Jacob is a solid competitor as well as Colby and Dumont.

- Richard Permin won last year, and rumor has it he's now got a dub 12, so who knows.

- Henrik can spin to win with perfect grabs and afterbang, and he's got the mellower spins too.

- Cosco has got a deep bag of tricks with the dub 12. Clarke's dub 12 is the best if he can get it again it could win.

I don't know who will take it, but it could go a lot of different ways. Definitely be a solid event. Is there going to be another live broadcast? Wow, a lot of competitors have got the double cork/flip 12. Clarke, PK, Jacob, Jon, Cosco, Colby, Permin... and then Dumont, and Harlaut have different forms of 12's. EVERY single competitor has at least 1 double flip in their tricktionary. That's nuts. This comp is gonna go off.

the winner better not be a double flipper. i wanna see somethin uber smooth, like a zero spin or somethin

granted noone falls, 1st will be close between tom or PK.
the rest of it will be more of a competition i think

remember the riders get 3 runs, one of which must be a "style" hit, so you gotta consider who:

A] has crazy dubflips (i.e. everyone except dumont)

B] also has sick stylish smaller tricks.

What you get then is... well pretty much anyone! I really think PK is the man to beat though- not even Jon (the orginal stomp machine) can stomp his simplest double (kang flip) as consistently as pk stomps his double cork 10, especially on a city jump. A lot of it will come down to who can make their shit look cool and, most importantly, land it consistently and with that in mind, PK will surely win.

In fact I'm gonna go one step further and call exactly what he will do:

1st hit) Stomped dub cork 10.

2nd Hit) Cork 7 dub true nose

3rd hit) Dub cork 12...

There, I said it.

fail fail fail, i dont know how many times it's been said, but it's king of style not king of big spins and dub flips. permin won last year with a sick switch 7.
that's not to say a dub 12 wont podium, but the the fact that you're citing peoples' ability to do 12's and dub flips as evidence that they'll win this comp is absurd. if that happens, say bye bye to all the credibility this comp earned last year as a showcase for true style, which was the main thing that differentiated it from EVERY OTHER preseason city comp out there.
that said, i agree with putting PK and simon on the list. PK will probably be 1 or 2 and simon is a podium machine so i feel like it's hard to see him not making the top 3. if jon throws something new that's super stylie, he could be up there...even if it is a dub something. im also going to go ahead and jump on the wallisch bandwagon because he really is the sickest, most stylish rider out there right now, and everyone is going to start agreeing within the next year. bottom line, top 3 is going to end up being some mixture of the following 5: PK, tom, simon, jon, and richard permin (who is super duper sick...his part in Enjoy is one of my favorites ever).

DUDE! This is king of style. Not king of crazy ass spins. The winner has got to be the brother with the most steeze.

dude henrik sw 14 was so sick he held the grab the whole spin. it doesnt matter if you do a 5 or a 14 its about style.

exactly so that means dumont wont have a chance or jon i think itll go tom or henrik in first thats a toss up i think they have equal the amount of style wallisch might have a little more then i think PK will come in third but since its wallisch they will probaly throw him the first
so
1. henrik or tommy2.henrik or tommy3. PK or gus i guess
